New Brooder-bases on one in BYC website

My new brooder under construction. Trying to make it look nice since it is going in the dining room area for a few weeks. Let me know what you think. Going to add more trim and paint the trim.

did you put plexiglass on the sides? if so I really like that feature. Perhaps someday we'll upgrade from plastic tubs to something similar to this

1/4" plexiglass on front and sides. Thought plexi would hold in heat better than screen or hardware cloth. Plus it looks nice! Put locks on front access panel to keep grandkids and neighbor kids out while we arent home.

Added some trim and locks on front panel

brooder with trim on it and new poop boxes put in with vinyl floor installed.

Brooder with most of the trim put on. Next is feeders, waterers, lamp and misc. Oh yeah, and the chicks in Feb or March.
