New by to incubators, need help!

hi! I just got the king auto and this is my first time trying to hatch anything. I am at a complete loss trying to assemble this as the humidity pad instructions are really confusing me. Do I cut this pad into three pieces (instructions mention 50mm, 50mm, 110mm - but the pad they gave me is only 170mm wide) no matter what? Or do I need to figure out my settings first then decide how much to use? What is the humidity level supposed to be for Silkie eggs, and does it matter at all that my bathroom is currently at 31% humidity? Please help, these eggs are sitting here

When I got my incubator I had to look up the brand on YouTube to find an instruction video. Hehe! I hope you can find it on there or someone who knows your brand sees your thread! Good luck!

In addition to figuring out how to set it up, please read "hatching eggs 101" in the learning center, and calibrate your thermometer against a good quality medical thermometer. Doing these 2 things can make the difference between success and failure. Wishing you a wonderful hatch.

Thank you both, I’ve read the threads and think I have it set up correctly, now just waiting for the humidity to stabilize, amazingly difficult, looks like I will be watching this thing 24/7 for the next three weeks. NO videos on this brand, I tried!
