Hey Everyone,
New (member) here - been lurking over the past few weeks - absorbing, planning, dreaming, etc.
Have a handful of hens coming (and 5 ducks), and need to get the coop up ASAP.
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
- New to raising chickens. Both W and I been around farms though most our lives.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
- 0 (16 on the way)
(3) What breeds do you have?
- Black Cochins, White Wyandotte, Burp Buff Rock, RIRP Rhode Island Red, BUCP Buff Cochins,
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
- getting back to basics of living
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
- blockchain, climbing, building
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
- Small little working farm in progress (rehabbed a 100yr old home with a bit of acreage and piecing together gardens, livestock, etc along the way).
