New Calls, How to get them to hatch??

We just got our first call ducks at crossroads. What is the trick to hatching their eggs.?? My daughter has calls, and I didn't have much luck hatching hers (I have the incubator) I finally put them under one of my broodys and she hatched a few. I'm planning on using broodys, but would rather use incubator, if I can figure out how to hatch them, Yhey would make it until the last few days then die.

I've heard put them in turner, hand turn them. I've had no luck with them in a turner. I've heard give them to broody take them away right before they hatch and poke a hole through the shell. I'm just waning to get the best hatch I can (like everyone else !! LOL !!)

Here are pictures of mine, this was when they were still scared and in the garage , so it is group shots, and not very good pictures, I need to get some new ones.
We came home with 2 prs of whites and a pr. of magpies. We also came home with a trio of LF Dark cornish.
