new chick eyes closed??

i have a new chick hatched yesterday it was a dragger but got out of shell on its own fluffed up after a while and is moving around well but it keeps its eyes closed and it is small? any ideas? it did take it a while to fluff after it hatched? it is a mixed mutt black with yellow?

Don't know if this will help but In my last batch I had one that kinda kept its eye shut but it would open it. Mine turned out ok.

thanks i am keeping fingers crossed she/he is kinda small but perked up and i want to wait to see f it will be ok
