New chick momma

Hi there, we are new to the whole having chickens! We have 16, a few different breeds, we bought 10 at first and then maybe a week later another 6 , I think they’re only a few week younger then the first set. Anyways we introduced them to the bit older ones and the Silver Lace Wyandotte’s are a bit more aggressive towards the Barred and the Brahmas. I’m hoping soon they will accept them ! Any suggestions?
