New chick Momma

Hi

Been reading for quite some time, but figured I better join and get some questions answered.

Became a new chick Momma 3 weeks ago. We have 16 mixed chicks between 2 and 3 weeks old. All are doing very well despite my rookie-ness, growing and feathering nicely.

My goal is to raise completely grain free eggs and meat, due to severe grain allergies. I have done tons of research and have heard it can be done, but that it also can be difficult. So far, so good.
