In the Brooder

About a month ago my buff orp had been laying fertile eggs, so we put ten-ish in an incubator from a friend. I have incubated eggs once before but this time was strange…eggs hatched a few days earlier than expected and I think I did something wrong in the process, when I had candeled eggs all were growing fine, but only three hatched. Also we left those three chicks in for over a day in hopes that would wake up others…but none ever hatched. Last time we incubated this went fine, but this time chicks were very loud and soaked from humidity when we took them out.
(it’s one of the styrofoam incubators without automatic egg turners or auto temp, the thermometer I put in always read between 99-100)
(I incubate because our chickens suck as moms!! They are never broody or try to sit on eggs at all
I’ve never tried to introduce chicks to mamas but i’m worried it won’t go well)
Also the first chick to hatch did not completely absorb its egg sack, and it never fully absorbed.
We moved them into brooder and sadly chick #1 died shortly after, I’m not sure exactly why, chick would not eat or drink well, always tired and sleeping, not walking good. It died during my effort to try and get it to drink.
The other two are doing relatively well, but it is obvious that one is doing much better than other.
Chick #3 is great, moving around, drinking and eating every time food/water comes into view. But I never see chick #2 drinking or eating. A few times a day i’ll go over to her and dip her beak in water for a few minutes, but she just doesn’t seem to get it or doesn’t care. Other than this she is fine with walking around, always preening herself or #3, maybe a bit sleepy but nothing too weird. Her butt has had poop on it but nothing looking infected (I wipe it off whenever I notice), also whenever she does the little poop wiggle nothing comes out, so I know she’s not eating enough.
Im very worried she will get much worse since today is day 3, and she shows no interest in learning to chicken, even when her sister does all these fine right in front of her.
I read that anorexia can be a symptom of yolk sac infection? But her scab from the absorption looks completely normal. Not sure what to do
do not want to lose another chick.
