New chick, odd feathering

We have 6 new chicks. They were born yesterday. One of the chicks is much much smaller than the others and it does not have "fluff" like the others do. What it has is very short, almost like beard stubble. Other than the odd feathering it acts great, just as the others do.
They are all mixed breeds.

But it will be so interesting to see what it grows up to be!

Maybe it's a bantam. At least it seems healthy.
 
Maybe it is a chicken hawk. If so it will have a relentless desire to chase and catch large leghorn chickens..... Sorry, flashback to childhood cartoons there............ I don't have a clue about the little guy.
