We have 9 chicks- 8 weeks-10 weeks old (including 1 rooster, Steve). Today we brought home two 4 week old chicks. We have them together, yet separate but having them in a smaller pen in the run and we screened off a section of the coop just for them too.
How long should I do this segregation for?
Now for the chicken drama.
They are all going nuts. Steve is ******. Flyer (who is normally mellow) is after all the other girls, chasing them and jumping on them and grabbing on to them. What is going on? Let them be?
