New Chick Owner From Texas ( and pics of first coop)

Well, with the state of the economy, I decided to raise some chickens. Bought 8 Rhode Island Red Production chicks from the local feed store. I am feeding medicated chick starter.
I looked at all the coop designs on this site (some really nice coops) and got the basic ideas. Started construction with no plans, just the ideas. The coop is 8' x 8' and I built it on 4" x 6" skids so I can move it with my tractor. Thanks to the spammers I am not able to post pics at this time. I will post them as soon as I am allowed.

Thanks to all the posts on this website. I feel more educated after reading everything. This is a great site for learning about raising chickens.
