I just got two new hens and I noticed one is lethargic, won't eat or move and will only drink from a syringe pressed to her beak
im super nervous and I have her isolated right now but I don't know what it could be, I probiotics im putting in the water
video below (sorry for background noise)
her poop is also yellow and almost looks like cream cheese

I was unable to see a video of her.

How long have you had her?

Did you get her like this or did she become lethargic after you already had her?

When was the last time she laid an egg?

Feel her belly between her legs and under her vent.
Does it feel swollen like a water balloon compared to other hens?

Does she have any food in her crop? Does it feel empty in the morning as it should?

Have you checked for mites and lice?

Can you get a photo of her poop?

I see that she has a nipped upper beak and looks to be a production breed. Is she a retired hen or sold from a crowded facility or farm?

She looks pale, stressed, and could be suffering from a reproductive problem due to her breeding and laying lots of eggs.
Yellow poop can be a symptom of reproductive or other internal disorders.

Just in case she is having trouble passing an egg or other material you can give her calcium+D3 pills. One a day for about a week. You can put the whole pill right into her beak.

I have had her for one night and all of today, and I got her and her sister from a crowded farm. she hasn't eaten at all since I got her but her crop didn't feel hard and I did not see any mites on either of them

I also don't know why the video didn't show up but it was the noise she was making, it sounds like she gargling something
