Awesome work on the coop!! It looks great and roomy. I do however have to ask about the run. Is it made totally from what looks to be 1" x 6" planks? Did you use nails, screws or bolts to secure. I'm sure the netting helps to secure it all together. The reason I ask this is because I live in a valley and some of the storms we have around here the wind would blow it over. I'm saying this from experience. From the images it does look like the bottom ground boards are in the ground to! Y ou did a wonderful job on painting the grass! Love it.

the run is infact made from 4 1x4x12's which we dug about 4 feet into the ground (it adds stability) the planks going across the top are 1x4x10's, but i find that the are severely warping due to rain and sun, so I addedtwo little posts in the middle of those to ensure they are not going to warp in half. we used nails, and other than that, we just have 2x6x8's in the actual ground with about a half inch sticking up from the ground. we nailed the 1x6x12's onto that frame when we dug them into the ground. we just recently had a pretty big storm, and it got very windy... my run has styed up!!! good luck to you (and sorry for the delayed response)
