Here I am, back with more problems.
We lost 2 of our 3 chickens to a weasel a couple weeks ago. I just got two 15 week old easter Eggers on Tuesday afternoon, to add to my single remaining easter egger.
The two new girls are in the garage in quarantine. One seems to be pretty lethargic, was pooping what the "poo chart" said was ceacal poop (brown, totally liquid), but that's all she was pooping. Now this morning, she got up to eat and drink but I haven't seen her poop yet. Her neck and head are kind of tucked it. Sometimes she squats down, sometimes it looks like she's falling asleep standing up. I also noticed that now 5 of her tail feathers were plucked out (I'm assuming she plucked them out herself) and were laying on the ground.
This morning, I saw the second bird poop normal but a couple hours later, the brown liquid. I can see them both breathing so I feel there might be some labored breathing, but maybe not?
Overall, their conditions don't seem to be deteriorating quickly except for now I haven't seen the sick one poop all morning. I haven't watched her the whole time so she may have when I'm not around, but I was there watching and in 20-30 minutes with eating and drinking, she didn't poop.
I gave them drench in their water. Supposedly they are vaccinated for Mareks and Coccidiosis.
I don't know what to do!!!
