Hi and thank you for creating this site! It has helped me many times! I'm from North Georgia and have a small, backyard coop, two hens, a French Black Copper Marans named Drumstick and a Blue Ameracauna named Buttercup and 2 seven week old silkie chicks (Sesame and Egg Drop) still in the brooder. Hoping to add to my collection and free range when I move to our family property in the mountains but right now our city doesn't allow more than 6 hens and no roosters whatsoever. We got our first ladies in May 2013 and our most recent babies last month. I love chickens and have found them to be a fun experience.
