Welcome to BYC and good post @Pork Pie Ken the creepy squatting was my sign. I havent raised ISA Browns, mine waited a full 6 months before the laying started. It never hurts to start offering Oyster shell though. I wouldn't move over to layer feed until, well, they are layers.
