Well, I accidentally posted that before I answered the questions!
So, here I go:

(1) We are fairly new to keeping chickens, as we started this year in March.

(2) We have 7 hens at the moment, and may grow our flock in the spring! We also have 2 turkeys.

(3) We have 1 light Brahma (Lucy), 2 Barred Rocks (Named Jenny and Francis), 3 Buff Orpingtons (Ginger, Nutmeg, and Truffle, who just laid an egg this morning!), and 1 Cornish X that we spared from our first batch named Henny Penny.

(4) I enjoy everything about keeping chickens! They are so fun to watch, and the fresh eggs are a terrific bonus.

(5) Drawing and writing about pet birds and chickens are my favorite things to do, as well as watching our actual chickens outside!

(6) Along with our seven chickens, we have two budgies (Lily and Jerry), two finches (Frances and Margret), one lovebird (Rosie), and two meat rabbits.

(7) The Bonus: We found your site actually quite a while ago, while searching up chicken and turkey related questions. It came up so frequently that I started to explore your site, and the information was so helpful I decided to become a member!

All in all, I am very excited to finally be a part of this forum! And sorry for just posting questions earlier on. :wee
