Hello I am new to this chicken raising but have found a few great answers here and look forward to be a part of the crowd! I have 10 Laying hens (No Roosters) they are all 6 months old and we have enjoyed them greatly! I use to be call “The Lemon Lady”, until a too close slip up with my weedeater killed my big beautiful bountiful lemon tree! Hope that’s not an indication or the chickens just won’t have a chance at all. LOL I love the country and always will. Look forward to sharing stories!

My Lemon trees are 4 yrs old and never produced any fruit. They had a bad freeze 3 years ago. Never really bounced back. I love homemade lemon aid!
You're gunna fit in real nice here Sherrie! A lot of great folks.. Glad you joined our family of other Chicken Ladies! lol

Thank You! Hope you get some lemons soon. I have a new tree planted and it produced one lemon the first year. First years fruits aren't usually tasty, but since it is a lemon, it was as tasty as any other! I have at least a dozen on the new tree this year.
