hello everyone! I purchased my first 4 chickens about 4 months ago and just purchased 4 more! We do believe our first 4 are Rhode Island Reds, and second set of 4 the tractor supply couldn’t tell us what they were for sure. The two signs said California whites and Plymouth Rock. I got two that are all yellow and two that are all yellow with a little black on the wings. I’d love to know for sure what breeds I have, so far I feel it’s a mystery, lol! So aside from my chicken hobby I am also a hobby dog breeder and a stay at home mom/animal mom. I am grateful to have the opportunity to be at home to care for my kids and animals at all times. I learned about this app by googling to see if there was an app to help identify the breeds I have. I am also in a BYC Facebook group as well, however I’m on a fb ban and can’t post in any groups until after August 4th. I look forward to learning more about this app and interacting with others that love chickens as much as I do! I have to say I feel like I have a special bond with these birds and I am very happy that I added them to our pack! Thank you all so much and I look forward to hearing back from y’all!
