1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? Yes i’m new to chickens. Just received my chicks 3 days ago.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now? 5
(3) What breeds do you have? Cuckoo Marans
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? Having fresh eggs of course. But the enjoyment of taking care of the girls and enjoying their company.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies? Camping, paddle boarding, gardening. We live in SW Florida.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. We have 3 dogs. Rat Terrier and two chihuahua’s. We may get some goats once we have the girls coop completed.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?Found BYC by researching raising chickens on the internet. Love this group, great info.
