New chicken mom

I had a a young hen( I think) and rooster show up a couple months ago.long Story short… rooster got killed and now I have a hen and 7 chicks. I’ve never had chickens. I was able to bribe her over weeks with mealworms and have them safe in a chicken house with an omlet brand iglu. I have something more permanent ordered but need all the help I can get. This wasn’t a planed event but learning and doing what I can

Since the chicks are outside with mom and they have access to grit, I'd feed All Flock so all can eat the same thing. If mom isn't a beast mom, try and handle the chicks so they get used be being handled. If you can't touch them, sit near the pen and drop dried Mealworms in the pen. They will associate you with snacks and easier to tame.
