New chicken momma in Maricopa, AZ

Hello,
I'm so excited to get started here. I currently have 6 babies who are 2 weeks old. I'm loving it so much!! I live in Maricopa, AZ and if anyone has any tips, or tricks or is open to letting me visit and see how you run things, it would be MUCH appreciated.
