New chicken owner :)

My partner and I purchased a house in January and the house came with chickens! We started with 20 and now have 28. We haven't had the heart to break broody hens but we decided that next season we will get ourselves to do it. We also got a couple of seramas and silkies since. The chicks are barnyard mix, otherwise we have rhode island reds, SLW, Easter eggers, a few I'm not sure. We get way more eggs than the two of us need so give away tons to our family and friends, but we'll probably eventually get a permit to sell them locally. I love how chickens have different personalities and it's been really awesome to see some of them get more and more comfortable with us, some even let us pick them up now and others come running ahead of everyone else begging for snacks.
