Welcome to BYC! I'm sorry for your loss. MyPetChicken should either replace your order or refund your money. This happens a lot with mail orders involving a small number of chicks. Our Chicken Breeders and Hatcheries section has loads of similar stories with members losing all of the chicks in a small order as small orders just don't ship as well or safely as large orders. That is why a lot of hatcheries will not ship less than 15 chicks in an order, and some will not ship less than 25. I've never ordered in lots of less than 25 even when I didn't need or want that many. I've always been able to sell the extras off and recoup my money. As far as hatcheries, I have ordered from four of them on a number of occasions, and while I have been satisfied with all of them, I would recommend using Dunlap Hatchery in Caldwell, Idaho (http://dunlaphatchery.net/). It is smaller than the other hatcheries that I've ordered from, but I love their service and birds. The folks there are very friendly and helpful, and I have never lost a single chick in shipping (I can't say that about the other three). Good luck in getting some more chicks.
