It would be good if you could figure out if one bird attacks her or the rest of them too. Maybe there is only one perpetrator, and if you remove that bird, things may be nice and peaceful.
 
As you can see from my picture, it is just her bum. Down side is, we have to clean her two to three times a day because her waste will stick to her. I put the first application of blue coat on today. We noticed this yesterday.
Sit with them in the run if possible or nearby... Just sit and watch for a while. See who is doing what. If you lock up the injured for a few days then let her out, the problem might return worse than ever. (Happened to me) When I locked up the bully, then let him out two days later, no problems at all. Butt I've never seen the flock attack that area before...

Thank you all for the words of wisdom!! We are getting ready to re-integrate her from solitary/hospital! I was told to leave her in there for a few hours at a time and gradually increase the time over a period of days. And also to watch for my bully......... Should be a long week!! ;)
