New chicken raiser

I recently moved in with my boyfriend who has 5 hens. I saw a Polish Buff hen at the fair and decided we needed one so we had some eggs shipped and locally incubated. 1 hatched and survived! When it was time to bring it home, we picked up a Silkie chick and 2 unknowns to go with it. We've had them for almost 10 days now and I am completely obsessed with my babies!
We built them a brooder last night (thanks to this site!)to move them out of their cardboard box.
