Hey there! I'm not entirely sure what is going on, but I have a black sex link hen and three Leghorn hens. My black sex link was the first to lay eggs. She laid for about two weeks before the others started. However, as soon as all three leghorns started laying my black sex link stopped. It has been 5 days that we have had 3 little white eggs and no Brown one. Should I be concerned?

I wouldn't be concerned. I heard that laying at the beginning can be very inconsistent.

Do you free range?
She might be laying out in the range area because there is now competition for the nest space.

How many nests do you have?
Was the BSL laying in nest?

We have them in a coop in a dog run. She has always used a nest, and I have checked their area and haven't had any stray eggs. We have 3 nesting boxes, but they only use one.

As long as she's acting healthy in all other ways,
eating, drinking, pooping, active, and alert,
you might just have to wait it out.

I'm guessing maybe stress from the others beginning to lay, pecking orders can change at onset of lay.
Maybe try some fake eggs in the other nests.

My girls have two boxes, well buckets actually that are modified to be nests. We have four hens that are laying age, two leghorns, a buff orpington and an easter egger. The leghorns have been laying everyday for weeks now, but, suddenly only one is laying. The other two hens, to my knowledge, have not started laying at all yet. Haven't seen any sign of random egg laying anywhere else, but, there was one instance of a leghorn laying her egg in the yard.
