New chicken to go in the big run

I have 12 Rhode Island reds that are 6 months old and the pullets are laying almost and egg a day I have 17 Dominique chicken 15 pullets and 2 roos they will 14 weeks in about 3 days when can I mix them in the big run and will it affect my pullets from laying

Yes you can integrate your flocks if your main coop and run are large enough to accommodate them all. Yes this will disrupt the laying in the RIRs until the new pecking order establishes itself and the stress drops.
 
Have the younger ones been in view of your laying pulleys or completely separated? Sometimes integrations can cause a bit of a pecking order dilemma. Drastic changes can also affect the laying habits. How large of a coop and run do you have?
My coop is 12×16 my run is 12x36
