New chicken!

Hey guys, just today i bought a new chicken. I was wondering what breed this is and it's gender! Also i tried introducing it to 2 light sussex roosters but they started fighting so I had to separate them. Any suggestions on what i should do? Thanks.

The immediate fighting kind of tells me your newcomer is another rooster.
Normally, newcomers do get picked on in the beginning, as part of the pecking order re-establishment.
Can you swap out from whoever you got chicken for another.

That's a White Leghorn hen/pullet depending on age. She looks over a year in age to me though.

Have you tried giving her a bath? She looks dirty. It looks like a white leghorn hen to me. If you clean it up and get the dirt off of her i might be able to tell breed better.
