New chicks, dying one by one :(

Yeah, same on the lateness....hatched Monday arrived Thursday. I read something about a heating element in the box on their website, but there was none and there were two that looked really bad when they arrived. It was just too much for them with no heat (was a cool week last week) and the extra-long trip.
Lesson learned.
