Broody hen hatched 4 of 7 eggs yesterday9 /21. The chicks are peeking out from under broody 11×11 nesting box. Do I need to worry about them getting out for food and water?? I have food and water right out side box but no chicks have come out of box yet.

Should I just let broody take care of business, she seems dedicated? Still pretty tame for being a mamma.

One reason to worry might be if the rest of the flock could get access and hurt the little ones or if there's a big jump out from the box or the coop that littles could injure themselves. Then you might consider isolating everybody in a dog crate for the first few days until they're feeling more confident.

There's one egg quater of shell off with a chick inside alive since this am. Is there reason I should assist at any point??

Well, that's your call.
But it's been 10 hours since you posted.... what happened?

After they break through the outer shell, it can take up to 24 hours for them to get the rest of the way out. If the mamma is still sitting on the nest, she'll take care of it.
