new chicks in the house!!

I went yesterday to get some silkies and EE chicks.. guy only had 3 EE's so thats all I got of those and then 5 silkies.... lets pray they aren't all roo's. lol

Some of the silkies are splash. I hadn't seen any of those but looking up pictures of them last night they are pretty.

I am an "old timer" that had been out of chickens a while, coons keep wiping me out but we did some work on the pens and are trying it again. When Spring gets here I get "baby" animal fever... Happens every year.

I agree, that is a very handsome roo, abanjaf. That is a splash silkie in my avatar as well, but she was just a little thing then.
