We got off to a late start thanks to super busy work and school activities, but we picked up our girls yesterday! We found the amazing folks at Funky Feathers Farm down near Shelbyville to pick out our flock. My 17 & 15 year old daughters loved picking out the chicks and getting to meet the other animals around the farm. We can have 6 hens in Nashville so we chose 3 Plymouth Rocks and 3 Ameracaunas. They are Lucy, Luna, Henrietta, Pepper, Penny, and Pearl.
