New chicks, were told Araucana, but know they are not.

This guy said we had 1 week old Araucana (they came from lime/mint green eggs) HE has all his chickens together, so I am very sure they were not, plus they cost $1.25 each. I am assuming they are EE, but I am clueless. Also there were mixed ages in his brooder, but the ones we got were all supposed to be 1 week, but some have more feathers than others, so I wonder as well.

There is no way to tell the sex at this age is there? Any experts out there know what we have. He did the hang them from the neck test and got the ones with out a comb, the others had bigger feet and starting to get a comb. Anyway, tell me what you know!

They are not Araucana - they have muffs, not tufts. Tufts on a fuzzy chick are GREAT big "poofs". So, they are EE's (see the green/yellow legs? definite sign of EE).

There is no way for me to tell sex at this age. I would say they might all turn out to be some sort of blue color though... very cute chicks!

btw - #3 and #4 are boys from the looks of it, telling by their white spot on the head

No. Black Copper Marans aren't barred. Barred chicks naturally have a white spot on their head, the biggest of them are males. Black Copper Marans are a solid black chick with white underbellies.
