New chicks

I bought 20 new chicks (only intended to buy 4 but you know how that goes) 4 Asian black 1 Production red 15 Barred rocks all pullets. I’m going to have eggs coming out my ears I already collect 4 dozen a day. It my favorite part about raising chicks I adore raising chicks.
These will make my 70th chicks ive raised this year.

My hubby didnt understand when a "couple" chicks equaled 12. Apparently I got my math wrong...it equals 20! He owes me 8 chicks. BUT chicken math rules say if you name them, they are pets not chickens. So he owes me 20!!!
