New Chicks

If I were to have a hen hatch chicks, how long do I wait to put the chicks in with the older hens? Still new at this......

You probally should wait til they are around the same size, the bigger ones might pick on the younger ones.

I think eight weeks is good . THey are old enuf to get out of danger and can handle the picking . Plus I hate to have to keep em seperated and have to keep finding something bigger to keep em in when I can put em in the pin with the others ya know.
