Ok, Three chicks have just hatched and there a little cramped in the incubator and walking around on the other eggs. They are dry and fluffy, should I put them in the brooder or keep them in there till the others hatch?

As long as they are completely dry they will be fine

They are fine to take out, but opening your incubator you always run the risk of shrink wrapping your other chicks. It is a gamble. I have found having chicks running around on the other eggs seems to encourage those eggs to get to hatching! They are fine for 3 days in there once hatched, they absorb their yolk and can go without food or water for 3 days.
