new chicks

My new chicks are one week old and yesterday I noticed that my Rhode Island Red continuously shakes her head even when she is asleep. It' s as if she has a nervous tick. None of my other chicks are doing this, so I don't think that it is normal for chicks to do this. Is there something wrong with her and if so is there anything I should do for her? Should I be concerned about the rest of my chicks getting sick from her?
Also medicated or non-medicated food? Should I also start giving them grit soon? Maybe even a treat from time to time? Or is it too soon at just one week old?

Have you checked to see if she has any mites/lice, etc. that may be making her ears itchy? Chickens can get ear infections also just like a dog or cat.

For the most part she has basically stoped doing it. Maybe it was her feathers just bothering her.
