Our first chicks, 10 Buff Orpington pullets, and 15 Splash Silkies. had to order more silkies than we wanted, but we found someone local who wants the extras. Only 24 hours, but they all seem to me eating and drinking well.

They are super cute! How are they doing now?

Doing wonderfully! One silkie got a little dehydrated, needed a little help getting water, I've added electrolyte to their water to help with that. The BO's are so outgoing, they seem to enjoy interacting with people. I'll post some pics of the "chick palace" we've been building, the girls are going to have a pretty cool house. I've tried to use other peoples ideas to keep this a less labor intensive hobby.
