New Coop being Built at GopherBoy Farms

Ok, so we all have been MIA for .......hmmmm probably around a year.
but the chicken stuff still continues around here, and so does the crazy antics of GopherBoy....along with a few more characters that have joined the mix.
I got the newsletter a week or so back and saw another coop contest...maybe we will get into that since we have another coop being built here.....in the driveway!

I would like to at least start uploading some pics of the new coop.

ease of cleaning, and made to accommodate chicks or adults in chilly nights with a light installed on a dimmer, all you need to do is plug this coop in.
There are 2 nest boxes that have easy outside access for you to collect eggs, and a dropping tray that glides out on garage door rollers. The pop door is located so that when you slide the tray out you can place a bucket under the pop door opening and scoop all the poop out for your garden.
your chickens have plenty of room to perch at night, and there are weather proof windows on 2 sides (a set of 3 on one side and a single on the other) along with handcrafted vents (all vents covered with hardware cloth) and the enclosed bottom of the building is made of pressure treated wood and hardware cloth (not flimsy chicken wire that coons can get into).
There is an attachable run area that will be added once we know the layout of your yard that this will fit into.
This coop has all the proper ventilation to keep your pets healthy and every aspect of raising happy chickens was considered when building this.
It has a 30 yr roof on it, and the paint is the highest quality enamel for easy cleaning.
All latches and hinges are made of brass and stainless as to not rust.
