I have 2 suggestions. Add more year round ventilation, and cut some window openings, in door, and cover with Clear plexiglass for natural daylight.

It's hard to see in the pictures, but the entire upper section of the coop is open to the air by about 2" and covered in hardware cloth. The roof kind of disguises it. So they have constant light and ventilation.

When I built my old coop I had windows and vents but this time around I just admitted the windows never got closed and I live in an area where, as long as the girls are not wet, they do well with constant ventilation.
