So we built our coop, we have our old lady and our young ladies finally together. We have noticed that they are not going up into the coop. We have Tractor Supply Poultry cage attached the coop.

How do I encourage them to go up inside?

You gonna have to put the on roost at night to train them to use the coop. After about a week they should be going to bed on their own every night.

Chickens don't like change or anything new.

Is the coop new to the old hen?
Post some pics of coop and run.

What I have done is to put a small flashlight in the coop just before dusk so they can see inside. They are more willing to go in it (and stay in it after you physically move them) if it’s not dark in there. In my experience, 3 nights of training is often all it takes. So don’t despair, your week of training may be shorter than you think.
