I got a new coop!!! There are some things to be done like more ventilation, bigger roosts, etc. but I love it!!

Is extending the roof overhangs on your list? That would make adding ventilation much easier.

are you planning on keeping it on the rocks? My understanding is that chicken poop will works its way down into gravel and make for a super stinky mess.

No, we just have to figure out how to get it over the fence since it weighs like 250 lbs
