new coop

i built a 8' x 8' coop with a large run attached, in the coop is all the laying boxes, question is should i feed and water inside the coop and put feed/water in the run under cover, also should i hang feed/water also?

I am new to this too but I think I will have food/water both inside and out. I'll keep the bulk of the food inside though and just have a small food dish outside. That way in case of a rain shower or such and the food gets wet/dirty I don't lose very much. Some people hang the dishes, some set them on blocks etc. everyone has their own method! I think I'll try the blocks first, it'll be a bit easier for my kids to help with. But I would try all the options and see which one works for you. I have read that if you hang them, especially the water, to put them at the height of the birds backs. It's easy for them to drink and they won't be as tempted to jump on them to perch and spill it everywhere! Good Luck!!
