New coop

A year ago my fiancé and I helped my mother move to a beautiful 20ac property that came with one chicken and a coop for maybe about 12 but only had one chicken that they left. I have quickly become very interested in chickens and in a month gained a rooster and rescued 15 hens... Now I had my flock.. Lots of reasearch then tried to hatch ... Succeeded expanded my coop again maid a place for new babies... Even with all the work I want more room and want to make my chicken ideas bigger ideas. I want to possibly get my flock numbers in the next few years to at least 100 maybe more. But I am also wanting them to free range with a chicken house and fence in a good portion of land for them to run... Guess my questions would be how big would the chicken coop have to be and how much fenced in area would be enough.. Here is what we did with the old coop
