We are looking to buy this coup. What would you do to fix it/make it better?

Just guessing at size but it appears to be 4'x8' roughly. Going off standard pallet sizes there since it's a pallet coop.

In addition to needing better wire for the vents the door is OSB so is likely to fail when rain, snow and humidity get to it. OSB is not designed for outdoor use.
That would be a pretty easy fix.

Maybe lower the nests if the roosts can't be raised.

We have a automatic door we will put on it. I forgot to put that part sorry!!

Design doesn't look that bad to me and for $100 it's not a bad investment if you can manage to lift that onto a trailer and get it home. Definitely raise the roost bars higher. I would likely put hardware cloth on the floor pallet to prevent rodents from wanting to live in that space underneath. Like said, the OSB isn't ideal, but in my experience it's surprised me how long it does last outdoors (but I don't have "real weather" here in CA, which is a big factor), I'd probably switch it out for plywood or maybe a door you make out of pallet slats so it matches the aesthetic.
