(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?

I am new to owning chickens. I finally talked my husband into letting me take this on around April of this year! I love my chickens!

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?

I started with 5...I’m down to 3

(3) What breeds do you have?

I have One Light Brahma and Two Golden Comets.

(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?

Months and Months of online research and it always lead me back here!

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?

Fishing and helping my father in law on the farm are my main hobbies!

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.

I have an 8 year old daughter, two cats, a dog and of course 3 chickens! I live in a small country town in East Tennessee.

(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community? :D

Research and around a year of research and I NEED all the help I can get!
