I got 1 Peking duck ,tweety, and she immediately imprinted on me. Although it was very cute and sweet she would cry constantly if I got out of her site and she was determined to be a house duck. I hated leaving her alone when I went to work so I got another baby Peking, daffy.
Daffy immediately acted like tweety was her mom and wants nothing to do with me. Tweety has also become more distant.
The main problem is catching them to put them in their coop at night. It's not that big of a deal for tweety but I have to chase daffy. It's obvious he doesn't like it and makes him dislike me even more.I've tried herding him with a stick but it usually ends up me kinda pinning him down with it or cornering him. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

How long have you been doing this for? We had to corner and handle ours for a good 2 weeks before they cottoned on that we wanted them to go to bed. Now it’s more of a herd, and eventually they all go in together (in the main anyway). We have found getting the dominant duck in made them more likely to go in without any handling from us.
