New ducklings have bump! Need advice!

Hey all I need some advice. I just got 2 ducklings. They didn't have these bumps when I saw them. They said they put them in with baby turkeys and when they got there this morning they have big squishy bumps on bills and they weren't sure to pop or not! Need advice new duck mom! Thank you in advance.

That's just water getting under the bill from pecking from Birds with beaks. Just push down to dislodge the water and keep separated from Chicks..

I just brought them home today I am not sure if they were close to heat lamp.

Its grey and purplish though. And they have small red peck mark from the turkeys the place put them together.

Then separate and use a thumb to flatten the bubbles

Well I am not sure about mashing that and water is going to come out Maybe give it another day and see if it starts going down.

Probably blood not water. I'd just keep an eye on it for now.
