New ducks

I have some one week ducks (very cute). I would like to know if anyone has any ideas for keeping the water absorbed. Also I would like to know if they can be put in the bathtub or sink for short periods.

I don't have ducks, but best of luck with the big soppy wet mess! I hear puppy pads are great to use under waterers.
